Aglaea's Room
Aug. 9th, 2025 09:55 pmShould anyone decide to investigate Aglaea's room once the dust has settled and afterparties had, they'll find... well. Not much. Her room is pretty clean and spartan (ha), free of the clutter of most of the items she received from the Cornucopia. The only things on her shelves that might be from others are a pair of B-KOMACHI penlights and a Wanted Poster Vanity might recognize. Aglaea never really seemed like a very materialistic person, so there's really not much to her room.
But there are a few things.
A few bolts of fabric from the Craft Room stored on her shelf, next to her open tailor's set. The Weaver Fox and Little Wolf plushies, sitting next to each other on one of her pillows. A pile of sketches only somewhat haphazardly stacked on the end table beside her bed - different outfit designs, all for those who still live. Several for Lebkuchen, a couple for Quark, and at least one for everyone else. They're mostly of various Amphorean (or "Greek", or any approximation anyone's world might have with similar cultures) design, but also have designs more based off the clothes everyone is currently wearing.
(on all the notes on lebkuchen, there are very firm words: "not gold", "not red")
The only thing that's even somewhat of a mess is her open closet, where several finished and half-finished outfits hang. Again, most are for Lebkuchen, but there's also the suit that Quark asked for, all finished save for the now-ruined jacket that disappeared with the bodies and evidence. A steely grey chiton with its edges stitched with pink that looks like it might fit Vanity. An unfinished tunic, inky black with rusty red accents that might go well with a vampire who likes to stick to the shadows. A shirt the same soft purple as Cerejeira's hair that still needs some work on the cuffs and buttons added. And what looks like an outfit similar to Aglaea's own, with slight gold accents around it, but completely black. This one might look like it'll fit Velvet.
There's some other cut fabric or the starts of patterns, clearly the groundwork of outfits Aglaea wanted to build on (one looks like a tunic or shirt with too many holes, until you realize one companion has wings), but... she didn't have time to give them more proper form.
There aren't any letters. Aglaea doesn't hold back her own words, after all. She never thought she'd die with things unsaid, so... there's nothing left to be said. Just the remnants of her care for the others still waiting to be handed out or finished.
